With conscious movement, we stretch, strengthen, and repair the body. The class is set up to be fun and friendly with our instructor Rachel. With a physiotherapist background, Rachel will guide you through the movements and positions, It’s up to you to choose the level of difficulty you feel comfortable with to activate and strengthen your core muscles.
Although the gym can provide a mat, please bring along your own if you have one. We believe your mat is your sanctuary, so why not keep it with you always.
